Stated First Edition. 8vo. Green cloth with paper spine label, The boards are fresh outside w/almost no fraying to the fabric at the spine ends (a minuscule amount starting perhaps) As nice a copy we have seen. There is some toning on the endpapers, as per the usual and a little extra in the center of the front endpaper where something was laid in at some point. The dustwrapper is unclipped and has tape reinforcement at the top and bottom edges of the spine strip. with some wear at the extremities, the center color vignette on the dustwrapper is bright and there is a closed tear - tape reinforced from the back side at the folds and the head and base of the spine strip, also two small pieces of clear tape - one on each inner flap. Still, an attractive copy of a scarce and much sought after modern classic. Signed letter from publisher laid in. 443p 017908 1.00
