Large 4to, bound in full deep blue silk with the spine and the title labels on the cover in gold, Wrapped in original printed acetate cover (has some wrinkling just along the spine strip from exposure to the air, o/w fine). Review copy with letter on Kodansha letterhead, and signed by their promotional director at the time, laid in. In very good plain slipcase (cardboard with the title printed on the spine side that has some chipping along the edges. ) 479p 021584
